I was really surprised when 2 hours later the bug was fixed! Maybe a coincidence, but an issue that had been happening consistently for weeks stopped happening. I would have been impressed just getting that far. In the end we determined it was a bug (which is what I had expected), he submitted an internal bug report. Asked intelligent questions, dug into the problem. Amazingly, I got a knowledgeable person right away. Outlook frequently solicits feedback and claims to offer support, but I have learned not to expect any support from Microsoft. Was having an issue with a Google account that seemed to be an Outlook issue. Never wrote a review before today though. Every email platform has its plusses and minuses, for me Outlook has always worked better than other options. Have used Outlook forever on various platforms.
